Private cloud for businesses: secure hosting without owning a server.
Your company's applications and data are hosted on our own redundant infrastructure, securely accessible from anywhere. We take care of server procurement, maintenance, and management.
Two options, depending on your needs.
Option 1
On our infrastructure
We provide the necessary server capacity, storage, and IT environment, and manage it all. You use the service; we take care of the infrastructure behind it.
Option 2
Your server, hosted by us
If you already own a server or your application requires a dedicated physical machine, we can host it on our infrastructure and manage it for you.
Management-only service is also available. If you prefer, we can manage the server only, while you or your own IT specialist manage the virtual machines and applications running on it.
In practice
Why move your server to the cloud?
Accessible from anywhere
Securely access your company's applications and data from the office, home, or on the move.
Redundant infrastructure
Key systems are designed to remain operational through certain hardware failures.
Regular backups
We take regular backups of your data and restore it when needed.
Ongoing monitoring
We monitor system operation, carry out necessary updates, and handle faults as they arise.
Scales with your needs
As your business grows, we adjust the available resources to your requirements, without the need to buy a new server.
We manage the IT environment needed to run business software. Supporting the applications themselves is the responsibility of their vendors.
Who it's for
Who benefits—and when is it not the right fit?
- If you use business software that requires a server. We provide the IT environment your applications need, without you having to buy and maintain your own server.
- If you want to replace or relocate an existing server. We help replace existing infrastructure or host and manage your own server.
- If your team works across multiple locations or remotely. We provide a shared, securely accessible environment that employees can connect to from anywhere.
When isn't this the right solution?
If your company uses only Microsoft 365 and online applications, you may not need a separate server.
In that case, a simpler and more cost-effective solution may be enough. We'll tell you during the consultation and recommend the approach that fits your needs.

Pricing
Why don't we publish a price list?
Our private cloud is not an off-the-shelf package. We tailor capacity and services to your company's needs, so you pay for what you actually need.
After the free consultation, we'll provide a no-obligation indicative quote.
What determines the price?
- The solution you choose
Whether your systems run on our infrastructure or we host your own server. - The capacity you need
Processor capacity, memory, storage, and the number of users. - Backup and security requirements
The data protection, backup frequency, and recovery arrangements you need. - Required software licenses
For example, licenses for the operating system and remote access.
- Free consultation
- Indicative quote
- Contract
A one-time onboarding or migration fee may apply when we start. We'll include it in the final quote in advance.
How we get started
The migration won't bring your business to a standstill.
We prepare the migration carefully, build the new environment in advance, and schedule the switchover for an agreed time. This keeps any necessary downtime as short as possible.

3
Final quote and contract
Based on the assessment, we finalize the service scope, fees, and migration terms.
4
Setup and migration
We prepare the new environment, then migrate the systems according to an agreed schedule or host your existing server.
5
Ongoing management
We monitor and maintain the server environment and handle faults as they arise.
We agree on the expected migration time and any service interruption in advance. The goal is to keep disruption to day-to-day work to a minimum.
Frequently asked questions
Questions we often hear about the cloud.
What's the difference between private cloud and Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 mainly provides tools for email, file sharing, and collaboration. A private cloud can also run business applications and systems that need a dedicated server environment. The two services can complement each other.
If we host our server with you, who owns it?
If you place your own server with us, it remains your company's property. If you use our infrastructure, we provide the necessary resources as a service, so you don't have to purchase hardware.
Who can access our data?
We set up employees' access according to the agreed permissions. We manage the administrative access needed for operations, while the business data remains your company's.
What happens if a server fails?
Our redundant infrastructure is designed so that systems can remain operational through certain hardware failures. If we manage your own physical server, recovery options depend on the machine and how the solution is set up.
How often are backups made?
We tailor backup frequency and retention periods to each system's needs. We agree on the exact terms in advance and record them in the contract.
How much downtime does migration involve?
We prepare the migration carefully, build the new environment in advance, and schedule the switchover for an agreed time. Any downtime depends on the existing systems, but we aim to avoid significant disruption to your business.
What don't you provide?
We manage the IT environment required to run business software. Supporting, developing, and fixing faults within the applications themselves is the responsibility of their developers or vendors.
